Introduction of Eligibility Criterion for Cold Storage Technical Consultants and Consultancy Firms
Providing Consultancy Services in Respect of Cold Chain Infrastructure projects under NHB Schemes.

1.) National Horticulture Board, Gurgaon (NHB) is contemplating making it mandatory for all Technical Consultants/Engineers who prepare and certify technical design of cold chain infrastructure projects under NHB
Schemes, to possess a Certificate of Technical proficiency regarding planning and design of cold chain infrastructure issued by NHB or NCCD. Accordingly, NHB offers to Technical Consultants and Graduate Mechanical/ Refrigeration/ Agriculture Engineers a Certificate Course for Technical Proficiency regarding planning and design of cold chain infrastructure. The Course is of two weeks duration and residential in nature. For details Click here ..

2.) National Horticulture Board Certificate Course for Operation and Management of Cold Chain System for operators of Cold Chain Infrastructure which may make them qualified operators for cold storage, reefer vans/
trolleys/ train etc. The Course is of one week duration and residential in nature for which candidates with secondary

3.) National Horticulture Board, Gurgaon (NHB) is also contemplating making it mandatory for all Consultants/Consultancy Firms who are willing to provide consultancy services in respect of creditlinked
projects of cold chain infrastructures under schemes of NHB must get themselves registered with NHB. For details Click here ..
